About Us My name is Barry McNabb and I am the owner of Master Drafters Design Service in Lenoir City, Tennessee. I am a 1984 graduate of the State Technical Institute At Knoxville, Tennessee (later renamed Pellissippi State Technical Community College) with an Associate of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology and a 1989 graduate of the Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. Since that time, I have been involved in the design of hundreds homes and constructed and sold model homes in the Tellico Village development in Loudon County, Tennessee. This combination of education and experience has given me the unique ability to produce designs that are attractive and exciting for the owner, but at the same time are "buildable" and profitable for the builder. We take a great deal of pride in the compliments that we get from both owners and builders that tell us that a project was successful for both because the plans that we developed were complete and accurate.
